Ingredients
- Feta 100 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Wheat flour, Type 550 250 g
- Salt pinch
- Harissa spice paste 20 g
- Buttermilk 500 ml
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Drain the feta and crumble it finely with your hands. Add baking powder, flour, salt, and harissa paste to taste. Finally, stir in buttermilk and eggs and mix with a whisk to form a thick waffle batter. Let the batter rest for a few minutes.
