🥤 Spicy Chocolate

Ingredients
- Milk 800 ml
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Chili, ground pinch
- Whipping cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring 600 ml of milk to a boil over medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining milk with cocoa, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and season with chili. Stir this mixture into the boiling milk.
- 2. Meanwhile, whip the cream in a bowl with a hand mixer until stiff. Fill the spicy chocolate into four glasses, distribute the cream on top, and garnish with a little chili. Enjoy!
