Ingredients
- Speculaas cookies 300 g
- butter 100 g
- Sweetened condensed milk 300 ml
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Break the speculaas cookies into coarse pieces. Put them in the mixing container and use the measuring cup to blend for 20 seconds on speed 8. Then transfer to another container.
- 2. In the mixing container, melt the soft butter using the measuring cup for 3 minutes on speed 1 at 75 °C. Then add the speculaas cookies, room-temperature sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, and mix well using the measuring cup for 45 seconds on speed 5.
- 3. Fill the speculaas spread into clean jars, let it cool completely, and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy! Tip: The spread keeps refrigerated for 3 weeks.
