🍰 Spekulatius-Truffle Pralines

Ingredients
- Speculoos cookies 8 pcs.
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 40 g
- Margarine, vegan 20 g
- Coffee 20 ml
- Chocolate, dark 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the speculaas cookies, dates, and soft margarine into a tall container.
- 2. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender for about 2 minutes until a homogeneous mass forms.
- 3. Take portions of the dough with a tablespoon and roll them into small balls.
- 4. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 5. Chop the chocolate roughly and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- 6. Place the bowl over the hot water (not directly in the water) and stir until the chocolate is melted.
- 7. Dip the speculaas balls into the melted chocolate so they are completely coated.
- 8. Let the excess chocolate drip off the balls.
- 9. Place the coated balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
- 10. Store the pralines in a cool and dry place or serve them immediately.
