🥤 Homemade Speculaas Liqueur

Ingredients
- Speculaas cookies 200 g
- whipping cream 200 g
- milk 500 ml
- powdered sugar 50 g
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- white rum 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put the speculaas cookies into the mixing container.
- 2. Crush the cookies for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- 3. Add the cream, the milk, the powdered sugar, and the cinnamon.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
- 5. Add the rum.
- 6. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 7. Pour the liqueur while still hot into two sterilized bottles (500 milliliters each).
- 8. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator.
- 9. Shake the bottle well before serving.
