  1. 1. Put the speculaas cookies into the mixing container.
  2. 2. Crush the cookies for 10 seconds on speed 8.
  3. 3. Add the cream, the milk, the powdered sugar, and the cinnamon.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the rum.
  6. 6. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3.
  7. 7. Pour the liqueur while still hot into two sterilized bottles (500 milliliters each).
  8. 8. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator.
  9. 9. Shake the bottle well before serving.
