🍰 Crunchy Speculaas Crumble with Berries

Ingredients
- Speculaas 100 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 80 g
- almonds, ground 50 g
- vanilla sugar 8 g
- salt pinch
- margarine, vegan 200 g
- mixed berries, frozen 700 g
- brown sugar 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Crush the speculaas cookies into fine crumbs using a hand blender.
- 3. Add the ground cookies, flour, ground almonds, vanilla sugar, and salt to a bowl.
- 4. Gently knead the margarine into the dry ingredients with your hands until small crumbs form.
- 5. Mix the berries with the cane sugar directly in the baking dish.
- 6. Spread the speculaas crumbs evenly over the berries.
- 7. Bake the crumble for about 30 minutes in the oven.
- 8. Let the crumble cool down for approx. 10 minutes before serving.
- 9. Plate the crumble and serve it.
