Ingredients
- Speculaas cookies 200 g
- Condensed milk 250 ml
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Butter 50 g
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the speculaas cookies into the mixing container.
- 2. Crush the cookies for 20 seconds on the highest setting.
- 3. Pour the ground cookies into a separate bowl.
- 4. Add condensed milk, cane sugar, and butter to the mixing container.
- 5. Heat the mixture for 5 minutes at 50 degrees Celsius on setting 2.
- 6. Add the ground speculaas cookies back into the container.
- 7. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder.
- 8. Blend everything for 1 minute on setting 4 until creamy.
- 9. Fill the cream into two sterilized jars with a capacity of 250 milliliters each.
- 10. Let the jars cool down.
- 11. Seal the jars tightly.
- 12. Store the speculaas cream in the refrigerator.
