  2. 2. Crush the cookies for 20 seconds on the highest setting.
  3. 3. Pour the ground cookies into a separate bowl.
  4. 4. Add condensed milk, cane sugar, and butter to the mixing container.
  5. 5. Heat the mixture for 5 minutes at 50 degrees Celsius on setting 2.
  6. 6. Add the ground speculaas cookies back into the container.
  7. 7. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder.
  8. 8. Blend everything for 1 minute on setting 4 until creamy.
  9. 9. Fill the cream into two sterilized jars with a capacity of 250 milliliters each.
  10. 10. Let the jars cool down.
  11. 11. Seal the jars tightly.
  12. 12. Store the speculaas cream in the refrigerator.
