  2. 2. Place a 25 cm diameter cake ring on the prepared paper.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pot or in the microwave.
  4. 4. Crush 250 g of speculoos cookies into fine crumbs.
  5. 5. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter.
  6. 6. Fill the butter-crumb mixture into the cake ring.
  7. 7. Press the mixture firmly flat using your hands or a glass.
  8. 8. Place the base in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Stir cream cheese, quark, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange paste in a bowl.
  10. 10. Pour in the cream and stir it in.
  11. 11. Whip the cream firm using San-apart.
  12. 12. Fill the cream onto the chilled cookie base.
  13. 13. Smooth the surface of the cream.
  14. 14. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
