  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (top/bottom heat). Take the pork ribs out of the packaging and place them in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  2. 2. Thoroughly clean the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil. Then place them in the oven together with the ribs and bake for around 25 minutes.
  3. 3. Wash the cucumber, cut off the ends, and slice or shred it into thin slices. Fill a bowl and season with salt and sugar. Wash the dill, pat dry, remove coarse stems, and chop. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  4. 4. Lightly press the cucumbers with one hand and drain the water that comes out. Then add oil, vinegar, dill, and mustard, mix everything well, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Brush the spare ribs with the sauce and bake for another 5 minutes without aluminum foil. Take the fries out of the oven and transfer them to a bowl. Toss well and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan so that it melts slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Take the spare ribs out of the oven and serve them on plates together with the Parmesan fries and the cucumber salad. Enjoy your meal!
