🍽️ Juicy Spare Ribs with Grill Flavor

Ingredients
- Spare Ribs, natural 1 kg
- Apple juice 200 ml
- Pepper, sweet 2 tsp
- Whisky 40 ml
- Tomato paste 6 tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Oregano, dried 1 tsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the spare ribs under running water.
- 2. Thoroughly dry the meat pieces with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel off the tough silverskin from the back of the ribs using a knife.
- 4. Mix all remaining ingredients for the marinade well together in a bowl.
- 5. Brush the spare ribs with three-quarters of the prepared marinade.
- 6. Preheat your grill.
- 7. Wrap the marinated ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
- 8. Cook the ribs at low temperature for about 2 hours.
- 9. Remove the ribs from the foil after the cooking time.
- 10. Brush the ribs with the remaining marinade.
- 11. Grill the ribs for another approx. 1 hour.
- 12. Turn the meat pieces regularly while grilling.
