🍰 Spaghetti Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Strawberries 300 g
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Chocolate, White 40 g
- Whipping cream 100 ml
- Vanilla ice cream 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Place a potato or spaetzle press and the dessert plates in the freezer so they get very cold.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green stems.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into coarse pieces.
- 4. Put the strawberry pieces in a bowl and mix them with the sugar.
- 5. Let the mixture rest for a short time so the sugar draws out the water from the berries.
- 6. Puree the strawberries in a tall container until you have a smooth sauce.
- 7. Grate the white chocolate finely.
- 8. Whip the cream with a hand mixer and a whisk until it is stiff.
- 9. Distribute the whipped cream evenly onto the chilled dessert plates.
- 10. Press the vanilla ice cream balls through the also chilled potato or spaetzle press directly onto the cream.
- 11. Drizzle the strawberry sauce over the ice cream spaghetti.
- 12. Sprinkle the white chocolate shavings over it.
- 13. Serve the dish immediately.
