  1. 1. Place a potato or spaetzle press and the dessert plates in the freezer so they get very cold.
  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green stems.
  3. 3. Cut the strawberries into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. Put the strawberry pieces in a bowl and mix them with the sugar.
  5. 5. Let the mixture rest for a short time so the sugar draws out the water from the berries.
  6. 6. Puree the strawberries in a tall container until you have a smooth sauce.
  7. 7. Grate the white chocolate finely.
  8. 8. Whip the cream with a hand mixer and a whisk until it is stiff.
  9. 9. Distribute the whipped cream evenly onto the chilled dessert plates.
  10. 10. Press the vanilla ice cream balls through the also chilled potato or spaetzle press directly onto the cream.
  11. 11. Drizzle the strawberry sauce over the ice cream spaghetti.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the white chocolate shavings over it.
  13. 13. Serve the dish immediately.
