  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
  3. 3. Cut the carrots diagonally into pieces about 2 cm wide.
  4. 4. Place the carrot pieces in a bowl.
  5. 5. Add chili, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients well together.
  7. 7. Spread the carrot mixture onto a baking sheet.
  8. 8. Place the tray in the oven for approx. 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. 9. Take the walnuts and put them in the same bowl.
  10. 10. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  11. 11. Mix the walnuts with the ingredients.
  12. 12. Take the baking sheet out of the oven after 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Add the walnuts to the tray with the carrots.
  14. 14. Continue baking everything for the remaining time.
  15. 15. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  16. 16. Spin the spinach dry.
  17. 17. Peel the garlic.
  18. 18. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
  19. 19. Fill approx. 5 liters of water into a pot.
  20. 20. Salt the water and bring it to a boil.
  21. 21. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.

  23. 23. Add the garlic slices to the pan.
  24. 24. Fry the garlic for approx. 6 to 8 minutes.
  25. 25. Fry until it is golden brown.
  26. 26. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water.
  27. 27. Cook the spaghetti for approx. 4 minutes.
  28. 28. Cook until they are al dente (firm to the bite).
  29. 29. Drain the spaghetti.
  30. 30. Add the spaghetti to the garlic in the pan.
  31. 31. Add the spinach.
  32. 32. Fry everything together for 2 to 3 minutes.
  33. 33. Season the spaghetti with salt and pepper.
  34. 34. Remove the spaghetti from the heat.
