🍝 Spicy Peanut Spaghetti

Ingredients
- Peanuts, roasted and salted 50 g
- Organic limes 1 pc
- Peanut butter 200 g
- Soy sauce 5 tbsp
- Chili, ground 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- spaghetti 500 g
- Ginger, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Chili mix 2 pcs
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Pork mince 500 g
- Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the peanuts into the mixing container.
- 2. Grind the peanuts for 6 seconds on speed 8.
- 3. Cut the lime in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 5. Add the peanut butter to the mixing container.
- 6. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the mixing container.
- 7. Add the lime juice to the mixing container.
- 8. Add chili powder to the mixing container.
- 9. Add 100 milliliters of water to the mixing container.
- 10. Mix the ingredients for 40 seconds on speed 4 to form a creamy sauce.
- 11. Pour the sauce into a bowl.
- 12. Clean the mixing container.
- 13. Fill a pot with water.
- 14. Salt the water.
- 15. Bring the salted water to a boil.
- 16. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
- 17. Cook the spaghetti for approx. 9 minutes until al dente.
- 18. Drain the spaghetti in a sieve.
- 19. Peel the ginger.
- 20. Peel the garlic.
- 21. Cut the chili pepper into large pieces.
- 22. Remove the stem from the chili pepper.
- 23. Wash the spring onions.
- 24. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 25. Cut the white parts of the spring onions into fine rings.
- 26. Cut the green parts of the spring onions into fine rings.
- 27. Add the ginger to the mixing container.
- 28. Add the garlic to the mixing container.
- 29. Add the chili pepper to the mixing container.
- 30. Grind the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- 31. Add the minced meat to the cleaned mixing container.
- 32. Add the white spring onion rings to the mixing container.
- 33. Add oil to the mixing container.
- 34. Fry the ingredients for 7 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 35. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce to the minced meat.
- 36. Simmer the mixture for another 2 minutes on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 37. Season the minced meat to taste.
- 38. Mix the spaghetti with the peanut sauce in the pot.
- 39. Serve the spaghetti on plates.
- 40. Place the minced meat on top.
- 41. Garnish with roasted peanuts.
- 42. Garnish with the green spring onion rings.
