  2. 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and dry it in a salad spinner.
  3. 3. Peel the shallots, halve them, and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
  5. 5. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
  6. 6. Slice the turkey breast horizontally into thin cutlets.
  7. 7. Place the meat between cling film and flatten it.
  8. 8. Season the meat with salt.
  9. 9. Spread the meat thinly with mustard.
  10. 10. Place the ham on the turkey.
  11. 11. Roll up the meat.
  12. 12. Secure the rolls with a toothpick.
  13. 13. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  14. 14. Fry the turkey-ham rolls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Place the rolls in a baking dish.
  16. 16. Put the baking dish in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
  17. 17. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling salted water for about 9 minutes al dente.
  18. 18. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan over medium to high heat.
  19. 19. Fry the shallot cubes for approx. 2 to 3 minutes.
  20. 20. Add the spinach and cook it for about 2 minutes.
  21. 21. Pour in the milk.
  22. 22. Stir in the cream cheese.
  23. 23. Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  24. 24. Finish the sauce with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  25. 25. Take the turkey rolls out of the oven.
  26. 26. Slice the rolls diagonally.
  27. 27. Drain the spaghetti.
  28. 28. Add the spaghetti to the spinach sauce in the pan.
  29. 29. Mix everything well.
  30. 30. Serve the pasta in deep plates.
  31. 31. Garnish with the sliced turkey-ham rolls.
