🍝 Spaghetti with Turkey-Ham Rolls on Creamy Spinach

Ingredients
- spinach 400 g
- shallots 2 pcs.
- salt pinch
- turkey breast fillet 600 g
- mustard 2 tbsp
- cooked ham 120 g
- oil 4 tbsp
- spaghetti 500 g
- milk 200 ml
- cream cheese, plain 60 g
- nutmeg, ground pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and dry it in a salad spinner.
- 3. Peel the shallots, halve them, and chop them finely.
- 4. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 5. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
- 6. Slice the turkey breast horizontally into thin cutlets.
- 7. Place the meat between cling film and flatten it.
- 8. Season the meat with salt.
- 9. Spread the meat thinly with mustard.
- 10. Place the ham on the turkey.
- 11. Roll up the meat.
- 12. Secure the rolls with a toothpick.
- 13. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- 14. Fry the turkey-ham rolls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- 15. Place the rolls in a baking dish.
- 16. Put the baking dish in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
- 17. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling salted water for about 9 minutes al dente.
- 18. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan over medium to high heat.
- 19. Fry the shallot cubes for approx. 2 to 3 minutes.
- 20. Add the spinach and cook it for about 2 minutes.
- 21. Pour in the milk.
- 22. Stir in the cream cheese.
- 23. Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 24. Finish the sauce with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- 25. Take the turkey rolls out of the oven.
- 26. Slice the rolls diagonally.
- 27. Drain the spaghetti.
- 28. Add the spaghetti to the spinach sauce in the pan.
- 29. Mix everything well.
- 30. Serve the pasta in deep plates.
- 31. Garnish with the sliced turkey-ham rolls.
