  11. 11. Cut the onions in half.
  12. 12. Remove the outer skin of the onions.
  13. 13. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  14. 14. Remove the skin from the garlic.
  15. 15. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
  16. 16. Wash the spinach.
  17. 17. Dry the spinach in a salad spinner.
  18. 18. Pour about 5 liters of water into a large pot.
