🍝 Spaghetti with Honey Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Mushrooms, white 350 g
- Onions, yellow 2 pcs
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs
- Spinach 300 g
- Whipping cream 200 ml
- Spaghetti 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 3. Place the tomatoes in a bowl.
- 4. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 5. Add some honey.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper.
- 7. Mix everything well together.
- 8. Set the bowl aside to let the tomatoes marinate.
- 9. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if they are dirty.
- 10. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
- 11. Cut the onions in half.
- 12. Remove the outer skin of the onions.
- 13. Cut the onions into small cubes.
- 14. Remove the skin from the garlic.
- 15. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
- 16. Wash the spinach.
- 17. Dry the spinach in a salad spinner.
- 18. Pour about 5 liters of water into a large pot.
- 19. Salt the water.
- 20. Bring the water to a boil.
- 21. Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan.
- 22. Heat the oil over high heat.
- 23. Add the mushrooms to the hot pan.
- 24. Fry the mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 25. Turn the mushrooms occasionally.
- 26. Salt the mushrooms.
- 27. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 28. Add the diced onions.
- 29. Add the garlic slices.
- 30. Fry everything for another 2 minutes.
- 31. Deglaze the pan with cream.
- 32. Add the marinated tomatoes to the pan.
- 33. Stir in the tomatoes.
- 34. Let the sauce simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 35. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water.
- 36. Cook the spaghetti for about 10 minutes.
- 37. Cook the pasta al dente (firm to the bite).
- 38. Add the spinach to the mushrooms in the pan.
- 39. Let the spinach wilt.
- 40. Drain the spaghetti in a colander.
- 41. Let the water drip off.
- 42. Mix the pasta with the spinach sauce.
- 43. Season the pasta generously with salt and pepper.
- 44. Plate the spaghetti immediately.
- 45. Serve the dish.
