🍝 Creamy Shrimp Spaghetti

Ingredients
- shrimp raw, frozen 450 g
- salt pinch
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 500 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- spaghetti 500 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- white wine, dry 200 ml
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Let the shrimp thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 3. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 6. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 8. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente.
- 10. Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 11. Sauté the onion together with the garlic for about 1 minute.
- 12. Add the shrimp and the tomatoes to the pan.
- 13. Fry the ingredients for about 4 minutes.
- 14. Deglaze the mixture with white wine.
- 15. Let the sauce boil for about 1 minute.
- 16. Drain the spaghetti in a colander.
- 17. Save about one cup of the cooking water.
- 18. Pour the saved cooking water into the pan.
- 19. Stir the cream cheese into the sauce.
- 20. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 21. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 22. Plate the spaghetti.
- 23. Serve the shrimp in the cream cheese sauce alongside.
- 24. Garnish the dish with the chopped parsley.
