🍝 Crispy Bacon with Tomato Sauce on Spaghetti

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Belly Bacon 200 g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Spaghetti 500 g
- Cherry Tomato Sauce 400 g
- Parmesan 150 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with about 5 liters of water and add plenty of salt.
- 2. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
- 3. Cut the bacon into strips about 0.5 centimeters thick.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5. Fry the bacon in it for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water.
- 7. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 8. Add the cherry tomato sauce to the fried bacon in the pan.
- 9. Let the sauce come to a brief boil.
- 10. Reduce the heat to low to medium and let the sauce simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 11. Stir the sauce occasionally.
- 12. Grate the Parmesan finely in the meantime.
- 13. Drain the cooked spaghetti in a colander.
- 14. Let the pasta drain only briefly so they do not become too dry.
- 15. Return the spaghetti to the pot.
- 16. Add half of the grated Parmesan.
- 17. Add the tomato-bacon sauce.
- 18. Mix everything well together.
- 19. Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary.
- 20. Plate the spaghetti.
- 21. Sprinkle the dishes with the remaining Parmesan.
- 22. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal.
