Ingredients

- kohlrabi 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- cucumber 1 pc.
- Sour Cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the carrots and the kohlrabi.
- 3. Halve the bell pepper and remove the tough stem and seeds.
- 4. Cut the carrots, kohlrabi, and cucumber into long sticks.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 6. Serve the prepared vegetable sticks together with the sour cream.
