  1. 1. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Thoroughly wash the parsley and basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely as well. Trim the chives, dry them and cut into fine rings. Wash the lemon, halve it and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and yogurt well and season with salt and pepper. Then fold in the garlic and herbs, enhance with lemon juice and serve. Enjoy your meal!
