🍳 Creamy Sunflower Seeds with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- sunflower seeds 300 g
- water 150 ml
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- dill, fresh 10 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oregano, dried pinch
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan on a low setting.
- 2. Roast the sunflower seeds without fat in the pan, stirring constantly, for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Place the roasted seeds into a tall container.
- 4. Blend the seeds together with water until smooth.
- 5. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
- 6. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the herbs.
- 8. Set aside one tablespoon of the chopped herbs.
- 9. Fold the remaining herbs into the sunflower seed cream.
- 10. Season the cream generously with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 11. Serve the sunflower seed cream and sprinkle it with the reserved fresh herbs.
