  2. 2. Roast the sunflower seeds without fat in the pan, stirring constantly, for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Place the roasted seeds into a tall container.
  4. 4. Blend the seeds together with water until smooth.
  5. 5. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
  6. 6. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the herbs.
  8. 8. Set aside one tablespoon of the chopped herbs.
  9. 9. Fold the remaining herbs into the sunflower seed cream.
  10. 10. Season the cream generously with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  11. 11. Serve the sunflower seed cream and sprinkle it with the reserved fresh herbs.
