🍳 Sunflower Seed Bread with Herb Spread

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 5 g
- dill, fresh 5 g
- cucumbers 0.5 pcs
- yogurt, plain 100 g
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- sunflower seed bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Clean the chives and dill under running water, pat dry, pluck the dill tips from the stems and finely chop both. Wash the cucumber, trim the ends, quarter lengthwise and cut into thin triangles.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cream cheese, salt, pepper and sugar well and adjust to taste. Toast the bread slices as desired.
- 3. Spread the bread slices with the cream cheese dip, arrange the cucumber pieces and herbs on top and serve. Enjoy your meal!
