  5. 5. Blend the mixture finely with a blender until it becomes creamy.
  6. 6. Wash the fresh basil thoroughly.
  7. 7. Shake the basil dry.
  8. 8. Pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
  9. 9. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  10. 10. Stir the tomato paste into the sunflower seed cream.
  11. 11. Season the cream generously with salt.
  12. 12. Season the cream with black pepper.
  13. 13. Season the cream with oregano.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the finished spread with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the spread with the freshly chopped basil leaves.
