🍽️ Fresh Summer Dressing with Avocado, Lime, and Basil

Ingredients
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Organic Limes 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Spring onions 1 pc.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Sea salt pinch
- Pepper, colorful pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 2. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove and cut it into quarters.
- 5. Wash the basil and spring onions and pat them dry.
- 6. Cut off the tough root end of the spring onions.
- 7. Roughly chop the rest of the spring onions into rings.
- 8. Place the avocado, lime juice, olive oil, basil, garlic, and spring onions into a tall container.
- 9. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until creamy.
- 10. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 11. If the dressing is too thick, stir in a little cold water and blend it briefly again.
