🍽️ Summer Antipasti with Honeydew Melon

Ingredients
- courgettes 1 pc.
- spring onions 0.25 bunch
- peaches 1 pc.
- crème fraîche 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- honeydew melon 0.5 pc.
- Black Forest ham 8 slices
- butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber.
- 2. Cut it into pieces about 3 cm thick.
- 3. Carefully hollow out the cucumber pieces. Use a teaspoon or a melon baller for this.
- 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 5. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Remove the root ends.
- 7. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- 8. Wash the peach.
- 9. Cut it in half.
- 10. Remove the pit.
- 11. Dice the fruit flesh finely.
- 12. Put the crème fraîche into a bowl.
- 13. Add the diced peaches.
- 14. Add the spring onion rings.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 16. Mix everything well.
- 17. Fill the hollowed-out cucumber pieces with the cream.
- 18. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
- 19. Remove the seeds.
- 20. Peel the melon.
- 21. Cut it into wedges.
- 22. Take a slice of ham.
- 23. Wrap it around a melon wedge.
- 24. Repeat this with all wedges.
- 25. Heat butter in a pan over high heat.
- 26. Fry the melon wedges for about 1 minute on each side.
- 27. Serve the melon warm or cold.
- 28. Add the stuffed cucumbers.
- 29. Enjoy!
