  2. 2. Cut it into pieces about 3 cm thick.
  3. 3. Carefully hollow out the cucumber pieces. Use a teaspoon or a melon baller for this.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  5. 5. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Remove the root ends.
  7. 7. Slice the spring onions into rings.
  8. 8. Wash the peach.
  9. 9. Cut it in half.
  10. 10. Remove the pit.
  11. 11. Dice the fruit flesh finely.
  12. 12. Put the crème fraîche into a bowl.
  13. 13. Add the diced peaches.
  14. 14. Add the spring onion rings.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Mix everything well.
  17. 17. Fill the hollowed-out cucumber pieces with the cream.
  18. 18. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
  19. 19. Remove the seeds.
  20. 20. Peel the melon.
  21. 21. Cut it into wedges.
  22. 22. Take a slice of ham.
  23. 23. Wrap it around a melon wedge.
  24. 24. Repeat this with all wedges.
  25. 25. Heat butter in a pan over high heat.
  26. 26. Fry the melon wedges for about 1 minute on each side.
  27. 27. Serve the melon warm or cold.
