🍳 Soy Yogurt with Blueberries

Ingredients
- Soy yogurt 500 g
- Agave syrup 1 tbsp
- Blueberries, fresh 250 g
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Almonds, whole 3 tbsp
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Pour the soy yogurt from the container into a bowl.
- 2. Stir in the agave syrup until well combined.
- 3. Rinse the blueberries and mint under cold running water.
- 4. Pick the mint leaves off the tough stems.
- 5. Roughly chop the nuts with a knife.
- 6. Divide the yogurt among small bowls.
- 7. Top the yogurt with blueberries, mint, and nuts to taste.
- 8. Serve the dish immediately.
