  1. 1. In a pot, toast the oat flakes together with the oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they become aromatic. Then add the soy drink and water and simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Wash the blueberries thoroughly. Peel the clementine and remove the segments. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Wash the mint, pat it dry thoroughly, and pick the leaves off the stems.
  3. 3. Season the soy drink porridge with honey and divide it among bowls. Garnish with blueberries, clementines, hazelnuts, and mint, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
