🍳 Soy Drink Porridge

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 160 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- soy drink 500 ml
- water 300 ml
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- clementine 2 pcs.
- hazelnut kernels, whole 100 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, toast the oat flakes together with the oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they become aromatic. Then add the soy drink and water and simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 2. Wash the blueberries thoroughly. Peel the clementine and remove the segments. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Wash the mint, pat it dry thoroughly, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 3. Season the soy drink porridge with honey and divide it among bowls. Garnish with blueberries, clementines, hazelnuts, and mint, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
