🍝 Soba Noodles with Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- chili pepper Mix 1 pc.
- Broccoli 1 pc.
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- minute steaks from beef 600 g
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp
- Soba Noodles 300 g
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Eggs 4 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sesame, white 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
- 2. Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and stem, and slice them into strips.
- 3. Wash the broccoli thoroughly and divide it into small florets.
- 4. Clean the spring onions, cut off the roots, and slice them into rings.
- 5. Rinse the meat, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and slice it into strips.
- 6. Marinate the meat strips in a bowl with soy sauce.
- 7. Bring about 3 liters of water to a boil in a large pot.
- 8. Cook the noodles together with the broccoli for approx. 5 minutes in the boiling water.
- 9. Drain the noodles and broccoli in a sieve.
- 10. Reserve about 1 cup of the cooking water.
- 11. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 12. Fry the garlic and chili peppers for about 1 minute.
- 13. Remove the meat from the soy sauce and set the sauce aside.
- 14. Fry the beef for about 2 minutes.
- 15. Deglaze the meat with the soy sauce.
- 16. Add the noodles and broccoli and mix everything well.
- 17. Add some cooking water if needed and season to taste.
- 18. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan over high heat.
- 19. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them for about 4 minutes to make sunny-side-up eggs.
- 20. Season the sunny-side-up eggs with salt and pepper.
- 21. Plate the noodles with beef and broccoli.
- 22. Sprinkle the dishes with spring onions and sesame seeds.
- 23. Serve the dish and enjoy!
