🍰 S’mores Dip with Butter Cookies and Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 150 g
- chocolate, milk 150 g
- lemons, organic 1 pcs
- mini marshmallows 300 g
- strawberries 300 g
- butter cookies 200 g
- macadamia nuts, roasted and salted 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- 3. Place the chocolate pieces into a baking dish.
- 4. Melt the chocolate in the oven for about 3 minutes.
- 5. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 6. Grate the lemon zest finely and add it to the melted chocolate.
- 7. Stir the chocolate and lemon zest together well.
- 8. Distribute the marshmallows evenly in the dish.
- 9. Bake the dip for about 10 minutes in the oven.
- 10. Remove the dip from the oven when the marshmallows are golden brown.
- 11. Place the strawberries and butter cookies into a small bowl.
- 12. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts.
- 13. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the hot S’mores dip.
- 14. Dip the strawberries and cookies into the chocolate mix and enjoy!
