Ingredients
- oat drink 300 ml
- oat flakes, fine 10 g
- berry mix, frozen 150 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- agave syrup 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Blend all ingredients well in a tall container using an immersion blender. Sweeten to taste with agave syrup and serve. Enjoy! Tip: If you prefer no seeds, you can strain the smoothie through a fine sieve.
