  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the oats without fat for about 3 minutes. Peel the bananas and slice one banana. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly. Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into coarse pieces.
  2. 2. In a tall container, blend the uncut banana, two-thirds of the blueberries, the pears, and the yogurt until smooth. Sweeten with honey and distribute into bowls. Top with banana slices, blueberries, and toasted oats, then enjoy. Bon appétit!
