  1. 1. Mix oats, hazelnuts, walnuts, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Pour agave syrup and oil over the dry mixture.
  4. 4. Stir everything well until every flake and nut is lightly coated with oil and syrup.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
  7. 7. Place the tray in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Turn the granola at least once during baking to ensure it becomes evenly crunchy.
  9. 9. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool and harden completely on the tray.
  10. 10. Fill the cooled granola into an airtight container for storage.
  11. 11. Cut a banana into pieces and add it to a blender along with 80 grams of raspberries, quick oats, and skyr (a type of thick yogurt).
  12. 12. Blend the ingredients into a smooth, creamy mixture.
  13. 13. Pour the smoothie bowl into a bowl.
  14. 14. Garnish the bowl with fresh banana slices, passion fruit, and additional berries.
  15. 15. Top with the homemade granola and enjoy your meal.
