🥤 Crunchy Granola and Fruity Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- oats, hearty 300 g
- hazelnut kernels, whole 75 g
- walnut kernels 75 g
- flaxseeds, whole 25 g
- sunflower seeds 25 g
- cinnamon pinch
- salt pinch
- agave syrup 10 tbsp
- oil 25 ml
- bananas 1.5 pcs
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- oats, fine 10 g
- skyr, plain 200 g
- soy drink 50 ml
- passion fruit 1 pc
- blueberries, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Mix oats, hazelnuts, walnuts, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
- 2. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Pour agave syrup and oil over the dry mixture.
- 4. Stir everything well until every flake and nut is lightly coated with oil and syrup.
- 5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
- 7. Place the tray in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 8. Turn the granola at least once during baking to ensure it becomes evenly crunchy.
- 9. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool and harden completely on the tray.
- 10. Fill the cooled granola into an airtight container for storage.
- 11. Cut a banana into pieces and add it to a blender along with 80 grams of raspberries, quick oats, and skyr (a type of thick yogurt).
- 12. Blend the ingredients into a smooth, creamy mixture.
- 13. Pour the smoothie bowl into a bowl.
- 14. Garnish the bowl with fresh banana slices, passion fruit, and additional berries.
- 15. Top with the homemade granola and enjoy your meal.
