🍽️ Danish Rye Bread with Salmon and Avocado

Ingredients
- dill, fresh 10 g
- salmon back fillet with dill 300 g
- avocado 1 pc.
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- honey 1 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the dill under running water.
- 2. Pat the greens dry and remove the thick stems.
- 3. Finely chop the dill leaves.
- 4. Slice the salmon into thin pieces using a sharp knife.
- 5. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 6. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 7. Slice the avocado flesh.
- 8. Mix the cream cheese, honey, and mustard well together in a bowl.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rye bread.
- 11. Place the salmon slices on top of the spread bread.
- 12. Arrange the avocado slices next to or on top of the salmon.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished smørrebrød with the chopped fresh dill.
