  6. 6. Place the cucumber pieces into a large bowl.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
  8. 8. Finely chop the garlic.
  9. 9. Place the garlic into a small bowl.
  10. 10. Add salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
