  1. 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Remove the mozzarella from the package, drain the liquid, and tear it into rough pieces.
  3. 3. Roughly chop the pistachios.
  4. 4. Heat two tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Place the croissants in the pan and fry them for about two minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Turn the croissants over.
  7. 7. Drizzle them with honey.
  8. 8. Place a sheet of baking paper directly on top of the croissants.
  9. 9. Place a heavy pot on the baking paper to press the croissants flat.
  10. 10. Fry the flattened croissants for another one to two minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the croissants from the pan, season them lightly with salt, and place them on a plate.
  12. 12. Distribute the mozzarella pieces, mortadella slices, and arugula as desired onto the croissants.
  13. 13. Season the topped croissants with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Drizzle a little olive oil over them.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the croissants.
  16. 16. Serve the dishes immediately and enjoy your meal.
