🍳 Skyr Bowl with Mixed Berries

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 150 g
- raspberries, fresh 150 g
- strawberries 100 g
- Skyr, plain 600 g
- cinnamon pinch
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly under cold water.
- 2. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the strawberries in half.
- 4. Place the skyr into a bowl.
- 5. Season the skyr to your liking with cinnamon and honey.
- 6. Stir the spices well into the skyr.
- 7. Divide the seasoned skyr onto small plates or bowls.
- 8. Place the prepared berries on top of the skyr as a garnish.
- 9. Serve the bowls immediately and enjoy your snack.
