Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- Skyr, plain 600 g
- cinnamon pinch
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
- 4. Slice the apple pieces into thin rounds.
- 5. Place the skyr into a bowl.
- 6. Season the skyr to your liking with cinnamon.
- 7. Stir some honey into the skyr.
- 8. Divide the seasoned skyr among small bowls.
- 9. Arrange the apple slices decoratively on top of the skyr.
- 10. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy.
