🍳 Fluffy Rolls with Carrots, Skyr, and Hazelnuts

Ingredients
- Carrots 200 g
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 100 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 500 g
- Skyr, plain 300 g
- Water 100 g
- Butter 30 g
- Baking powder 1 packet
- Sea salt 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
- 3. Cut the carrots into rough chunks.
- 4. Put the hazelnuts into the mixing container.
- 5. Grind the nuts for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- 6. Pour the ground hazelnuts into a separate bowl.
- 7. Put the carrot chunks into the empty mixing container.
- 8. Grind the carrots for 8 seconds on speed 8.
- 9. Add flour, Skyr, water, butter, the ground hazelnuts, baking powder, and salt to the carrots in the mixing pot.
- 10. Knead the dough for 1 minute and 30 seconds on the kneading setting.
- 11. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 12. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
- 13. Shape each portion into a round roll.
- 14. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 15. Brush the rolls lightly with water.
- 16. Score the rolls with a sharp knife.
- 17. Sprinkle sea salt over the rolls.
- 18. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 19. Take the rolls out of the oven.
- 20. Let the rolls cool on a wire rack.
- 21. Serve the rolls and enjoy them.
