🍽️ Juicy Sirloin Steaks with Fresh Herb Parmesan Crust

Ingredients
- Sirloin Steak 600 g
- Parsley, fresh 50 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Parmesan 30 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take the sirloin steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature.
- 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 3. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
- 4. Roughly chop the large parsley leaves.
- 5. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 6. Grate about one teaspoon of fine zest from the lime.
- 7. Cut the lime in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 9. Finely grate or shred the Parmesan cheese.
- 10. Place the chopped parsley into a bowl.
- 11. Add the lime zest to the bowl.
- 12. Add the grated Parmesan to the bowl.
- 13. Add some olive oil to the bowl.
- 14. Add some lime juice to the bowl.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 17. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well.
- 18. Preheat your grill.
- 19. Season the sirloin steaks generously with salt.
- 20. Grill the steaks all around for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 21. Make sure the steaks are cooked medium.
- 22. Check the desired doneness of the steaks.
- 23. Wrap the cooked steaks in aluminum foil.
- 24. Let the steaks rest briefly in the foil.
- 25. Slice the steaks as desired.
- 26. Apply the herb Parmesan mixture as a topping to the steaks.
- 27. Serve the steaks immediately.
