  2. 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the large parsley leaves.
  5. 5. Wash the lime thoroughly.
  6. 6. Grate about one teaspoon of fine zest from the lime.
  7. 7. Cut the lime in half.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  9. 9. Finely grate or shred the Parmesan cheese.
  10. 10. Place the chopped parsley into a bowl.
  11. 11. Add the lime zest to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add the grated Parmesan to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add some olive oil to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add some lime juice to the bowl.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
  17. 17. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well.
  18. 18. Preheat your grill.
  19. 19. Season the sirloin steaks generously with salt.
  20. 20. Grill the steaks all around for about 4 to 5 minutes.
