🥤 New Year's Eve Punch

Ingredients
- oranges 2 pcs.
- blood oranges 3 pcs.
- sugar 100 g
- orange juice 250 ml
- grape juice 250 ml
- crémant 2 L
Instructions
- 1. Wash the oranges and blood oranges thoroughly. Cut one blood orange in half and squeeze out the juice. Slice the remaining fruits.
- 2. In a pot, bring 100 ml of blood orange juice and sugar to a boil until the sugar has dissolved completely. Let the blood orange syrup cool down afterwards.
- 3. Place the slices of oranges and blood oranges in a punch bowl. Pour half of the cooled syrup over them and top with orange juice and grape juice. Sweeten with the remaining syrup to taste. Before serving, fill the New Year's Eve punch with chilled Crémant.
