🍽️ Sesame Spinach with Quinoa

Ingredients
- quinoa 300 g
- Salt Pinch
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Ginger, fresh 10 g
- Spinach 800 g
- Sesame, white 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vegetable broth 200 ml
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the quinoa thoroughly in a sieve under hot water. Then bring it to a boil in a pot with about 900 ml of salted water and cook for about 12 minutes over low heat. Then drain in a sieve.
- 2. Cut the onions in half, peel, and dice finely. Peel the ginger and chop finely. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the sesame seeds for about 2 minutes without fat. Then set aside.
- 4. Heat the pan again with oil and sauté the onions together with the ginger for about 2 minutes. Then add the spinach, mix well, and deglaze with broth. Let it wilt together for approx. 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, and chili, and stir in the sesame seeds.
- 5. Serve the sesame spinach together with the quinoa. Enjoy your meal!
