Ingredients
- Serrano ham 80 g
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Cantaloupe melon 1 pc.
- Chives, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Take the Serrano ham out of the fridge to let it reach room temperature.
- 2. Whisk vinegar and olive oil together in a bowl.
- 3. Season the dressing with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 4. Cut the melon in half.
- 5. Remove the seeds using a spoon.
- 6. Cut the melon halves into eight long wedges.
- 7. Wash the chives.
- 8. Shake the chives dry.
- 9. Cut the chives into very fine rings.
- 10. Arrange the melon wedges and the Serrano ham on the plates.
- 11. Drizzle the dish with the dressing.
- 12. Garnish with the chive rings and serve.
