🍽️ Serrano Rolls with Marinated Mountain Cheese

Ingredients
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Almonds, whole 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp.
- Alpine cheese slices 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes 150 g
- Olives, green 12 pc.
- Serrano ham 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and garlic and chop finely. Finely crush the almonds as well. Mix everything in a bowl with olive oil.
- 2. Remove the rind from the alpine cheese and cut into 1 cm thick sticks. Place these in the marinade and let them infuse for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and halve them. Drain the olives well.
- 4. Lay out the ham slices individually, place the cheese sticks at one end, and roll them up tightly. Drizzle lightly with the marinade and serve together with the tomatoes and olives. Enjoy your meal!
