  2. 2. Take the mozzarella out of the package and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the dry mozzarella into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray.
  5. 5. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking paper into a circle.
  6. 6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  7. 7. Distribute the mozzarella cubes evenly over the pizza.
  8. 8. Drizzle one teaspoon of olive oil over the pizza.
  9. 9. Place the pizza in the oven for about 12 minutes.
  10. 10. After 6 minutes, move the baking tray from the bottom rack to the middle rack.
  11. 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  12. 12. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
