🍕 Crispy Pizza with Serrano Ham and Fresh Herb Mix

Ingredients
- Mozzarella 2 pcs
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Lemons 0.5 pcs
- Parsley, fresh 30 g
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Set the function to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take the mozzarella out of the package and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the dry mozzarella into small cubes.
- 4. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray.
- 5. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking paper into a circle.
- 6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 7. Distribute the mozzarella cubes evenly over the pizza.
- 8. Drizzle one teaspoon of olive oil over the pizza.
- 9. Place the pizza in the oven for about 12 minutes.
- 10. After 6 minutes, move the baking tray from the bottom rack to the middle rack.
- 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 12. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 13. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 14. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 15. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
- 16. Finely chop the parsley.
- 17. Put the lemon juice and lemon zest into a bowl.
- 18. Add the chopped parsley to the bowl.
- 19. Add three tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 21. Take the pizza out of the oven after baking.
- 22. Top the hot pizza with slices of Serrano ham.
- 23. Serve the pizza together with the fresh gremolata.
