🍳 Mustard Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Milk 50 ml
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cress bed 10 g
- Toast bread 4 slices
- Smoked salmon 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, milk, and mustard. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Let it set for about 30 seconds.
- 2. Using a spatula, gently push and scrape the egg mixture for about 4 minutes until it is fully set and begins to turn golden.
- 3. Cut the cress from the bed and toast the bread as desired. Spread the scrambled eggs on the slices, top with salmon and cress, and serve.
