🍽️ Mustard Turkey Schnitzel

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- mustard 2 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- turkey breast cutlets 4 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Place the garlic, diced onion, olive oil, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl.
- 6. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 7. Rinse the turkey cutlets under running water.
- 8. Pat the cutlets dry with kitchen paper.
- 9. Place the turkey cutlets into the marinade.
- 10. Let the cutlets marinate for about 1 hour.
- 11. Remove the cutlets from the marinade after the marinating time.
- 12. Let the cutlets drain briefly.
- 13. Season the cutlets generously with salt and pepper.
- 14. Grill the cutlets on a hot grill for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- 15. Alternatively, fry the cutlets in a pan for approx. 5 to 6 minutes.
- 16. Serve the mustard turkey cutlets hot.
