  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Place the garlic, diced onion, olive oil, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  7. 7. Rinse the turkey cutlets under running water.
  8. 8. Pat the cutlets dry with kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Place the turkey cutlets into the marinade.
  10. 10. Let the cutlets marinate for about 1 hour.
  11. 11. Remove the cutlets from the marinade after the marinating time.
  12. 12. Let the cutlets drain briefly.
  13. 13. Season the cutlets generously with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Grill the cutlets on a hot grill for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  15. 15. Alternatively, fry the cutlets in a pan for approx. 5 to 6 minutes.
  16. 16. Serve the mustard turkey cutlets hot.
