  4. 4. Pour the hot milk over the bread cubes.
  5. 5. Wait until the bread is just moist enough.
  6. 6. Let the mixture cool and soak.
  7. 7. Fill a large pot with about 5 liters of water.
  8. 8. Add salt to the water.
  9. 9. Bring the salted water to a boil.
  10. 10. Cover the pot.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  14. 14. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  15. 15. Halve the onion.
  16. 16. Peel the onion.
  17. 17. Dice the onion finely.
  18. 18. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan.
  19. 19. Sauté the onion over medium heat.
  20. 20. Sauté the onion for about 3 minutes.
  21. 21. Cook the onion until translucent.
  22. 22. Squeeze the bread lightly.
