  2. 2. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and place them in the mixing container.
  3. 3. Insert the measuring cup and chop the parsley for 8 seconds on speed 6.
  4. 4. Transfer the chopped parsley to a bowl and rinse the mixing container.
  5. 5. Peel the onions and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and the ginger.
  7. 7. Place the onions, garlic, and ginger into the clean mixing container.
  8. 8. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 5.
  9. 9. Use a spatula to push any sticky pieces down from the sides.
  10. 10. Add rapeseed oil and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes at 120 degrees without the measuring cup.
  11. 11. Peel the celeriac and wash it.
  12. 12. Cut the celeriac into cubes of about 3 cm.
  13. 13. Clean the celery stalks and wash them.
  14. 14. Cut the celery stalks into pieces of about 3 cm in length.
  15. 15. Add both types of celery to the mixing container.
  16. 16. Fry the celery for 5 minutes at 120 degrees without the measuring cup.
  17. 17. Pour in warm vegetable broth.
  18. 18. Insert the measuring cup and cook the soup for 15 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees.
  19. 19. Wash the lime and cut it in half.
  20. 20. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  21. 21. Blend the soup for 30 seconds on speed 5.
  22. 22. Add the coconut milk, lime juice, cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
  23. 23. Blend the mixture for 25 seconds, starting on speed 6 and increasing to speed 8.
  24. 24. Optionally blend for another 1 minute on speed 8 to make the soup even creamier.
  25. 25. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy.
  26. 26. Heat the soup for 1 minute on speed 2 at 100 degrees.
  27. 27. Finally, season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
  28. 28. Stir the soup for 15 seconds on speed 2.
  29. 29. Serve the soup topped with the crispy bacon cubes and chopped parsley.
