Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- brie 200 g
- salt crackers 40 g
- quark 40 % fat in dry matter 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet 0.5 tsp
- celery sticks 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mash the Brie with a fork. Crumble the crackers and add them. Mix both with the quark and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and lemon juice.
- 2. Wash the celery sticks thoroughly, trim the ends, and peel off any strings if necessary. Remove the celery leaves, chop them finely, and stir them into the dip. Serve the Brie dip alongside the celery sticks. Enjoy!
