Ingredients
- Smoked salmon 200 g
- Potatoes, waxy 1 kg
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Stalk celery 1.5 pcs
- Organic lemons 1 pcs
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 2 cm wide and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes into approximately 1 cm thick rounds. Place the slices on a baking sheet, mix with 2 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Bring about 1.5 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot. Wash the celery and remove the root ends. Pluck the light green leaves and set them aside. Cut the celery diagonally into pieces about 1 cm in size and cook in the boiling salted water for 6 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, slice the leaves into fine strips. Wash the lemon thoroughly, zest it finely, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Drain the celery and mix it in the pot with cream cheese, salmon, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar, heating it over medium heat. Remove the potatoes from the oven.
- 5. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the celery-salmon pan alongside the potato coins on plates.
