Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Kale, fresh 250 g
- Celery stalks 100 g
- Kiwi 2 pcs.
- Orange juice 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces.
- 2. Rinse the mint thoroughly and shake off the excess water.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Wash the kale thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the hard central rib from the kale leaves.
- 6. Tear the kale leaves into small pieces.
- 7. Rinse the celery stalks.
- 8. Remove the hard root end from the celery.
- 9. Chop the celery into rough cubes.
- 10. Peel the kiwi.
- 11. Cut the kiwi into quarters.
- 12. Place the celery, kiwi, banana, orange juice, kale, and mint into a tall blender jar.
- 13. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until you have a smooth mixture.
- 14. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses.
- 15. Enjoy your smoothie immediately.
